This page provides general information about refund requests for Cloudsuite services.
Refund eligibility may depend on the type of service, service status, usage, billing terms, promotional conditions, and the date of purchase or renewal.
Some services may be non-refundable once activated, registered, issued, provisioned, or renewed. This may include domain registrations, domain renewals, SSL certificates, third-party licenses, setup fees, or other services that cannot be reversed after activation.
To request a refund, sign in to your Cloudsuite account and contact support with your invoice number, service name, reason for the request, and any supporting details.
Refund requests are reviewed after checking the service type, billing status, activation status, and applicable terms.
Important Notice: Ncell reserves the sole and absolute discretion to approve or reject any request for a refund. All refund requests shall be subject to Ncell’s final decision. Ncell shall not be held liable for any financial loss or other liabilities arising from the non-refund of any product or service purchased by you. Submission of a refund request shall not create any entitlement or obligation on Ncell to issue a refund.
The customer needs to agree to the refund policy before they purchase any products – consent to be stored.
